We can do the maintenance of your property or administrate the community where you leave, we want you to enjoy your house without thinking about anything else. We control and look after your house regularly, opening the windows if necessary do an urgent repair if necessary, necessary and get in touch with you if any problems arise. In the case of electricity or water being cut off, if we have some funds we have it reconected before you come to save you the inconvinience. GARDEN/SWIMMING POOL
If you have a garden and maybe a swimming pool too, which needs maintaining and cleaning and looking after we can do that for you at a very good rate. If you are not here for long periods and have no one to look after them, we can keep your garden free of weeds and the grass cut and general cleaning, as well as having your swimming pool with beautiful clear water so you can dive into your pool as soon you arrive.
